The Pinhe Feiliu 2034 Diamond Wire Saw is a next-generation stone cutting machine developed as an extended and upgraded version of the 1238 model. Engineered with a longer guide wheel system, this machine is purpose-built for cutting extra-wide stone blocks exceeding 2 meters in width. Its reinforced heavy-duty one-piece cast frame and expanded chassis provide exceptional structural integrity, while the oversized side loading port enables seamless handling of large stone blocks using standard block trolleys.

Designed for industrial-scale use, the Feiliu 2034 features a quad-layer triangular column system, crafted from thickened and widened cast components. This column design is precisely matched to a single-piece cage-style casting, delivering excellent vibration resistance and mechanical stability, even under high-speed cutting conditions. The result is smoother operation, longer equipment life, and consistently precise cutting performance.
Upgrading from a conventional gang saw to the Feiliu 20 Series is remarkably simple and cost-effective. There's no need for a complete rebuild—only the mechanical components of the old gang saw need to be removed, along with trimming the front four concrete piers. The existing foundation can then be reused to directly install the new diamond wire saw.
Additionally, the rear flywheel base can be repurposed as a two-story operator control room, maximizing space usage. This retrofit solution allows stone factories to retain their existing cart system and plant layout, ensuring continuity in slab loading and unloading processes.
