The new-generation Gulf-style lifting wire saw from PINHE is a future-ready solution engineered for modern stone processing. With a modular architecture that includes precast column supports and a two-tier operating platform, this machine eliminates the need for traditional concrete foundations or extra structural modifications—accelerating installation and minimizing setup costs.
The latest iteration of the Gulf-style lifting model comes equipped with robust waterproof enhancements. Sealed casings now protect the wire entry and exit points, while an oil-lubricated wire guide platform ensures smoother operation and reduced wear. Waterproof shields installed near the motor help safeguard electrical components from water mist and ambient moisture.
This latest Gulf-style lifting model has been thoughtfully enhanced for durability and protection. The wire collection and release chamber now features sealed waterproof casings at the wire entry and exit points. An oil-lubricated sliding platform improves wire organization, while new waterproof baffles on the motor side shield electrical parts from moisture damage caused by water mist.
To further simplify operations, a new observation ladder helps operators easily align the wire’s entry and exit.
In terms of cooling, the motor and spindle cooling systems now use a scientifically optimized pipe layout. Each component has a dedicated water channel, all connected to the main system, ensuring steady cooling performance and prolonging the lifespan of both the motor and spindle.
