The PINHE next-generation Gulf-style lifting wire saw is designed with a modular structure that incorporates precast column bases and a dual-level operation platform. This innovation removes the need for traditional concrete foundations and extra construction work—streamlining setup and reducing installation time. The saw boasts a contemporary, streamlined design with a commanding presence and supports dual-directional material feeding, which greatly boosts cutting productivity.
For facilities transitioning from outdated frame saws, the upgrade process is hassle-free. Simply dismantle the existing saw—no need to alter the foundation. The new machine installs directly onto the original base, preserving the current loading/unloading configuration, cutting down on renovation costs, and delivering a quick, low-disruption conversion.
This latest Gulf-style lifting model has been thoughtfully enhanced for durability and protection. The wire collection and release chamber now features sealed waterproof casings at the wire entry and exit points. An oil-lubricated sliding platform improves wire organization, while new waterproof baffles on the motor side shield electrical parts from moisture damage caused by water mist.
To further simplify operations, a new observation ladder helps operators easily align the wire’s entry and exit.
In terms of cooling, the motor and spindle cooling systems now use a scientifically optimized pipe layout. Each component has a dedicated water channel, all connected to the main system, ensuring steady cooling performance and prolonging the lifespan of both the motor and spindle.
The fully revamped control system integrates with the PINHE Smart AI Cloud Monitoring Platform, delivering real-time operational insights via HD intelligent recognition cameras and millimeter-wave radar directly mounted on the machine.
This system automatically adjusts and optimizes cutting parameters based on current conditions, enabling closed-loop control of both the cutting process and final results.
The outcome? Increased cutting accuracy, lower consumable usage, and reduced dependence on operator experience—all contributing to greater consistency and productivity on the factory floor.
