PINHE Next-Generation Gulf-Style Lifting Wire Saw
Featuring a modular design, the PINHE next-generation Gulf-style lifting wire saw is equipped with prefabricated column beds and a two-level operating platform, eliminating the need for traditional concrete foundations and additional platform construction. The overall structure is sleek and modern, with a powerful presence. The machine supports bi-directional feeding, significantly improving processing efficiency.
For factories upgrading from traditional frame saws, the transformation is simple: just remove the existing saw, and the wire saw can be installed directly on the original foundation. This approach preserves the existing loading and unloading layout, shortens the construction period, reduces costs, and enables a fast and low-disruption upgrade.
Enhanced Features of the New Gulf-Style Lifting System
The new model of the Gulf-style lifting system has been upgraded with improved waterproofing in the wire collection and release chamber. Closed waterproof boxes have been added to the wire inlet and outlet, and the wire-arranging system now uses an oil-immersed sliding platform. Additionally, waterproof baffles have been installed on the motor side to reduce the impact of water mist on electrical components.
A newly added observation ladder provides easier alignment for wire inlet and outlet positioning.
The upgraded spindle and motor cooling system features a more scientifically arranged pipeline layout. Each cooling unit now has an independent water circuit, all ultimately connected to the main pipeline. This ensures long-term stable operation of the cooling system and extends the service life of both the spindle and the motor.
Fully Upgraded Control System with AI-Powered Cloud Platform
The fully upgraded control system is equipped with the PINHE Digital Intelligent AI Monitoring Cloud Platform, enabling real-time online monitoring of equipment operation and cutting processes through high-definition smart recognition cameras and millimeter-wave radar installed on the machine.
The system intelligently matches cutting process parameters, achieving closed-loop control of both cutting technology and cutting results.
This not only maximizes cutting efficiency and reduces consumable costs, but also ensures cutting quality while significantly lowering the reliance on operator experience.

In fact, over 70% of the high-hardness, high-value marble in Shuitou is processed using Pinhe equipment due to its reliability and cutting accuracy, minimizing the risk associated with processing hard stone.
Thanks to our equipment’s high stability, low wire breakage rate, comprehensive after-sales support, and optimized structural design, Pinhe machines maintain exceptional uptime. As a result, the overall costs for diamond wire, rollers, and labor are 20–30% lower compared to competitors.
